C.O.D. will be delivered by UPS or Federal Express. They will
collect total charges which will include merchandise, freight and handling.
Prices are FOB Fair Lawn, New Jersey or FOB
Factory and are subject to change without notice.
Orders will be filled with
prices in effect at the date of shipment.
