Heavy Capacity & Grip Handle Cast NIST Class "F" Troemner's cast iron weights are legal for trade, and are available up to 5000 lbs.

These weights are used to examine devices used in commerce, as reference standards in state weights and measures laboratories and in industrial, educational, and research laboratories.

Troemner's cast iron weights meet Class F specifications and tolerances which are listed in NIST Handbook 105-1.

In addition to our weight manufacturing capabilities, Troemner has the largest independent commercial metrology laboratory in the world that offers economical, fast, and highly reliable calibration and certification services.

Troemner's certificates provide our customers with the documentation and chain of traceability they need to meet today's demanding quality standards.

At Troemner, our laboratories are fully accredited by the U.S. NIST administered National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) and its U.K. equivalent, the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), formerly known as NAMAS.

Troemner has also been an ISO 9001 registered company since 1993.
